Item turnaround
We produce each product in our store to order. This means that it can take up to 7 working days from receiving your order to having your items ready to dispatch. We’ll let you know when we’ve received your order by email, then we’ll email you again when your items are on their way to you.
Packaging
All orders are shipped using eco friendly 100% plastic-free packaging. The packaging that we use for an order depends upon the products that are being shipped. We take into account both the finished visual look and how much protection is needed for the parcel to arrive safely.
Delivery costs
We try and keep our delivery costs as simple as possible. We charge a flat rate of £3.70 for all items in the store. Each additional item you add to your order will add 90p on top of this.
For example if you order three items, your delivery costs will be £3.70 + 90p + 90p = £5.50
For this cost you’ll get a fully tracked delivery service and an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.
Undelivered orders
We ask you to wait 10 working days for UK orders before contacting us. This is because Royal Mail will only declare a parcel as lost if it is not delivered within this time frame.
Once a parcel is declared as lost we will then be able to work with you to offer a replacement or a refund.
We ask that lost parcels are reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement.
